Property Maintenance
Our goal is to be your eyes and ears when you are not in Maine enjoying your home. We live in the area and will have our eyes on your property multiple times per week. We can provide a variety of services and are happy to tailor a property maintenance plan that best fits your needs.
Services include:
Off-season property maintenance (checking for electrical outages, heating issues, burst pipes, clearing snow, yard clean-up, accepting deliveries, etc)
Weekly check-ins on your property
Preparing house for guest arrival or personal use
